The Handbooks
and ("Teach-yourself") Modules on the Baobab Website and
compact disks (CDs) are subject to copyright. Under no circumstances
will any reproduction or adaptation of the designated materials,
or any portion thereof, be either sold, published or distributed,
or utilised for training purposes by persons not authorised by Baobab*,
without the permission of the owners of Baobab. This includes downloading
or copying of learning modules or handbooks onto personal computer
harddrives or networks. Permission to download and / or printout
parts of the material is granted to registered learners. No part
may be transmitted or distributed in any form by any means, electronic,
mechanical photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior
written permission of the owners of Baobab. The exception to this
is transmission or distribution between registered users of the
material.
Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall
Baobab, InWEnt or Lohmeier-Wyley Associates be liable for any special,
incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, arising
out of the use of this product.
